Can you change the save location to somewhere like "My Documents" or
"Desktop"? These folders have read/write permissions by default in
Windows,
whereas the Audacity folder might not.

When I record with Audacity I save to a folder I've created on the desktop
and there are no problems with permissions.

I am using windows 8 audacity and window eyes. When I try to save a sound
file in audacity it says I don’t have premision to save in the audacity
