re first victor stream

Hi, this to thank the people who answered my cry for help, with 
regard to opening the battery on my victor stream. i have now done 
that, and the new battery is charging. this is the third battery i 
have used, so i have changed the battery before. this time, i simply 
couldn't open the battery compartment. but, thanks to your help, all
