victor stream old version question

Hi, i am trying to upgrade my victor tothe last version. i know that 
i haven't got it, but every time i try to find the united kingdom tom 
and samantha, and download it, i end up with a prevision to what i 
already have. any ideas would be appreciated. brian. p s
