re plug in chainer

Hi, rusty, i have no idea what it is for. i have got a manual for my 
version of soundforge, but it is in audio, and it isn't easy to look 
anything up. also, my computer is packing up, but if i can find what 
to do with the chainer, i will let you know. brian.
