Well I don't know exactly what I did, but I got sound with the You Tube video I was attempting to watch! Now will see what happens if I go back into IE (IE 10) and see if I have sound again! Tom Kaufman

Now just keep tapping on the tab key until your on the mute button. leave the tab key, and use the up arrow key to, hopefully, increase the volume. down arrow decreases the volume. when you're done, hit jaws key plus z again to turn the virtual cursor back on.
