I use WinTv7 and am quite pleased with it, although, I think that their
latest cd for installing said program needs to be a bit more accessible
than it is. So, you may need sighted help with it. Once you get pass
that hurtle, you'll do just fine from setting it up to work with your
digital or analogue setup or satelite or whatever, as far as scanning
for channels.
