You can use the pitch function, it has presets to move up/down a semi-tone, octave, you can fine tune even more. the equalizer works well and the whole shooting match is around $50 for a life time licence. http://www.goldwave.com I have just checked and the version being used here, V5.69, is the latest. Mind you, I am using WindowsXP Home, maybe the update function recognizes my o/s and only tells me of versions able to run on my system, so if you are using Windows7 or Windows8, maybe there is a later version.
