Hi alexandra. sorry i haven't come bback to you before, but my 
computer died for three days as the motherboard failed. i am still 
having trouble with cdex151. i don't seem to be able to tell it the 
name of the directory with the input files in it. so, consequently i 
can't tell if the output directory is named correctly. i have been 
trying to name them mannually. sorry to bother you. brian. been tr
