Witopia is universal. You decide through which country you want to connect.

If I have a VPN, would that be a country specific or universal?
Thanks!

Its been a good while since I've used Hotspot so I may not be up to Spec
with everything Hotspot offers these days.

As I understand it you download the Hotspot Shield client for your operating

system, install it and go from there. I don't think you even have to create

an account, that's only for the professional Hotspot Shield.

A web page should come up which guides you through everything, where you can

select what country you want and so on.

Be aware that the free Hotspot Shield has advertising and times out after an

hour.
