Pardon my ignorance here, but exactly what (on this page) do I need to click
for the download for this Winamp Essentials pack?  Also, once I've
downloaded it, where do I install it?  Thanks!

You can try this for the essentials pack. I just found it with a google 
search and as usual there are a host of similar sites claiming to offer the 
same thing....

I won't guarantee it will solve the problem but it can't hurt to install
