Hi Peter I use it predominantly for when we create full length audio dramas as I sometimes need many tracks for an individual scene. If I had room for a keyboard here, I would certainly use it as a musician.

Brian do you use Sonar as a musician, or for your radio production work putting various sounds together? And do you use the Cakewalk scripts? -----Original Message----- From: Brian Hartgen Sent: Sunday, August 24, 2014 3:43 PM To: 'PC Audio Discussion List' Subject: RE: I'm new to this list, and I have some Sound Forge questions. Hi Tina It depends what you want to do. Studio Recorder is good for most types of editing including speech. People also like Goldwav. But I've always liked Sound Forge, particularly 8. I also use Sonar for multitrack work. Thank you Brian, That is very good to know. Do you know of any other professional editing programs that work well with Jaws? I'm just curious. A lot of people I know love Audacity as well as Adobe Audition, but I've never heard of Adobe Audition working with Jaws. Was just curious. Version 8 is far far better. At least all of the mix paste dialog is accessible there. I'm going to try to use Sound Forge 11 with Jaws 14, but if it doesn't work, I may just go back to 8. Hi everyone, I'm wondering if anyone has used Sound Forge 11 Pro with Windows 7 and Jaws 15. I seem to have problems with the programs not interacting well, and I do a lot of recording and editing for my voiceover profession. I am wondering if someone could tell me which version of Jaws would work best with Sound Forge 11 Pro. Thanks. Tina
