I posted this a short time ago to two lists but never saw it or a reply on either one, so I'm thinking, somebody list manager software didn't like that I was posting to two lists and rejected the message. Here it is again, posted to just one list at a time.
This is largely an accessibility question to resolve a friend's problem. Unlike, say, my Mackie 1640I which shows thirty-two channels (one each for left and right), and is accessible in the routing matrix at least in the channels column, the Focusrite is not. The table shows Input 1 and Input 2 across the top, and the six channels down the side, but they are only accessed with the JAWS (or mouse emulation) cursor. What must be done (presumably by a sighted person via TeamViewer if not directly at the computer) to enable recording from the microphone channel which I think is channel 1?
