I tried it first before disabling the antivirus because it was easier
and I had the same results. it didn't make any difference.

test, wonder what would happen if you wer to disable the firewall (not the

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling antivirus software as suggested and I
am still having the same problem receiving the error message that “Tapin
Radio has failed to load presets.” It then gives me the option of trying to
download from the web site. Upon trying to download from the web site I then
receive an error message that Windows has stopped working and is checking
for a solution. Of course there is still no response from Tapin Radio
people. Is anyone familiar with their other products as I wonder if it is
worth trying them out or how they work with screen reading software.
