Most accessible news reader

I am certain that some wonder why I pose this question to the pc-audio 
group.  The answer is simple.  I want to download binaries from news 
groups.  In my case, binaries refers to music posts.  I therefore am 
wanting to know which news reader is most accessible? Please don't tell 
me outlook express as it will do the basics but not much else in terms 
of news groups.
