Chris G. The website you provided the other day does provide an RSS feed that you can subscribe to and download the stations formats changes like Chicago. I was able to find the lat 10 MP3s from the changes stations formats website.

Replay Radio is a podcatcher and allows one to subscribed to feeds that have media content like MP3s.
