Yep, okay for just playing audio in most cases but absolutely dreadful! when using it in speaker phone mode but - as I said earlier - its a cheap headset and - given that - I guess one can't really complain. If you're going to be looking for a bluetooth headset for communication this the Logitech H800 just isn't it, using the wireless dongle with the headset on your PC or Mac is brilliant.
