alot of the options arent displayed in the html for some reason, and the ios
might be a software upgrade issue from apple. i'll have to try it again.

Mac and on my Windows PC thousands of times, you need to actually get into
the Interface from safari or another web browser first and you need the
address to do that given that your WD My Cloud is connected to your Router
or computer.

You don’t need to use the software, go through the HTML interface and use
the IOS or web apps from there.
