I second Bill's suggestion to re-check your settings under "Update Account" on the SunSolve webpage. Also check which entitlements are listed there.

I assume you are getting this for all patches you try? Be aware that you might need extra entitlements for Firmware patches now.

You can always run pca with --debug to see whether it has the correct settings. But it shouldn't make a difference which method you use to supply SOA data.

of PCA), or is something newly broken with Sunsolve?

Nothing has changed with the authentication handling in PCA in the last versions, so that's not the issue. If everything worked a month ago and now it doesn't, it really points at problems with the Sun Online Account (even if interactive downloads of the cluster works).
