Hi, Quick update on this. The problem has been identified. I am waiting for an estimate for how long this will take to fix and possible workarounds. Apologies for the inconvenience, but in the interim all patches can be downloaded directly from the "Patches & Updates" section of MOS (http://support.oracle.com).
