In the draft for PCEP I need TCPPending state to prevent "collision" - the situation where 2 TCP-connections are established. The TCP-connection is established after such called "3-way-handshake"
But to implement it, one peer must be signalled after 2 steps in such handshake. Is it possible to be informed programmatically in some way about this event under Linux?
