It has been brought to my attention that we are in need of a new Recording secretary. The role of this position is to take notes during our meetings and then type up the minutes, which are then read at the next meeting. Of course this requires that the recording secretary is able to attend the majority of the meetings! The position typically runs for a year at a time.
