        Not quite, we tried that once.  It tilts till it's vertical then
literally becomes invisible as it becomes a line.  You wouldn't want one
of those things coming at your head at 40MPH.

         be careful if you try to fold them in half hoping they'll just
snap in two.  I did that once, and when it finally split, several small
shards shout out, some straight into the air, some bounced off the carpet.
One of them glanced off my eyebrow.


I always wanted to set them up like a parabolic dish or an array, and use
the sunlight to set the mountainside on fire. >=^)  But in a cleanup
effort several months ago, I dumped literally hundreds of magazine CDs.
