Hello All, I recently bought a 60 GB hard drive from Frys and installed it in my 9500. This computer has an IDE controller card which has been flashed to work on a Mac. The card is an ATA 66. The hard drive is a BARRACUDA ATA IV UDMA/100.
On this machine is also a 4 GB SCSI III drive which has four partitions on it. I copied the partitions from this drive to the larger IDE drive. Each partition is 1 GB. When I checked the size of a "partition"-folder in the big drive, it showed 3.02 GB! The partition that sourced this folder only had 192 MB's on it. What gives?
