Check the battery as Peter suggested, but if good you can verify if the PSU
is good by shorting 2 pins on its connector and it will start independently
of the logic. If you want to try this I can email you a pdf of the connector
and pin identification.

I repair the 9500 PSU's, but only in the UK. If needed look at
www.applemaparts.com, I think they ship throughout Europe.
