Look at the numbers on the chips themselves.

it's in this format  (At least for most manufacturers)


xxx  x  xx xx x x x xx

xxx=Manufacturer

         x=Fab indicator

             xx=Refresh rate

                   xx= internal organization (ie 4Meg x4)

                         0=FPM
                         5=EDO

                             x=?

                                 V=3.3volt/blank=5volt

                                    xx=Speed
