Hello,
I have a PowerMac 8500 using OS 9.1.
I have been using Quicken for my financial records for years. Last year I
moved up to Quicken 2001 and had no problems. I update my records every
month and print out a record for my files. Everything has worked fine until
a couple of months ago, when after the program tried to open, I got this
message-
The application "Quicken 2001 Deluxe" has unexpectedly quit,
because an error of type 3 occurred.
I have tried reinstalling the program to no avail. Do to other problems
I had to do a new system merge but that didn't help. Using my backup disk
results in the same note appearing. I can't try it with extensions off
because I need Carbon Lib to make the program work.
I could move up to Quicken 2002, but I may still have the problem.
Who has the answer?
Wilton
