I'm on Commiecast (Comcast) here in SE Michigan. I get the best support, no contest, from the Canucks in Vancouver. They're polite, knowledgeable, and thorough. If I hear that pleasant Canadian accent (A ?) over the phone, I know I'm in good hands. On the other hand, if it's a "Detroit" accent, I hang up and try again. (Dey ax me whatsa madder) The moron that attempted to do my initial install, crashed my 8600/G3, which hadn't happened in 6 months. I kicked him out of my chair, and fixed it up right.
