Ok, OK in the first email message you sent sounded like you were so concerned as to
why you couldn't read the old lady's messages and you made it sound like you might be
interested in the content.  Still you don't consider you should try any of the
solutions suggested.  Then why don't you just ignore the messages??

It could just be a line that HER email program is adding  that YOUR email program
simply can NOT tolerate and may never will.
