No problems, we used to have problems before because they used some sort of host or server and they changed now, dunno what that is but since the last time they changed (in two years they changed twice) everything is great now, NO SPAM, never, they can prove it. I can enforce it since the spam I've gotten ever is because I've sign up for it one way or another ;) I've been using it like 2 years and the first year I never gave my email address so I didn't get any spam at all.
