Kenta, I have gone through that unplug, wait, replug exercise too many times with Cox. The final resolution for me was Cox put a router before my modem to hold a dedicated IP address. My system would not hold onto, or deal with the regular IP address changes.
I believe in the end they decleared it something about Apple and CX numbers, if that means anything to anyone that might really know just what that Cable Customer Service discourse is really meant to mean.
