Hello, a few days ago I came to you for some advice about buying a used 7600 or 6500. You helped a lot. Thanks a million times. I saw both machines: the 7600 seemed the most used one with strange noises all around (HD incredible scratching), years to boot up, fourth hand computer, case scratched, a very bad all around impression. The 6500 (275 mhz, 96 RAM, 6 Gig HD) was in mint condition: orginal CDs, boot in a second, silent, cables, manuals, and some extras (5 fonts and graphic CDs), it sit in a closet for a year. So I went for it considering the price ($120 cdn). So here is my question: finally is there a way I can fit my existing RAM (7200) in the 6500, can the 128 meg barrier can be broken? Would filling the 6500 ram slots with FPM memory sticks damage the mobo or else in the 6500?
