I have done this with a PC, what you need to do is use a dual op-amp as a
mixer (my unit handles 4 inputs).
The web has plenty of diy mixer circuits if you look hard enough.
As you are looking at a 1V p/p signal, you can drive the op-amp's off the 5V
rail.
If you need more details then I can probably find the info with a bit of
hunting.
