The label should be removed using a "heat gun" to loosen the adhesive. The 
nearing should be inspected and cleaned if necessary.

The correct lubricant for "plain" bearings is "turbine oil", which is 
available in so-called "Zoom spout" containers from most ACE Hardware stores 
... never an automotive lubricant.

Ball bearings which are noisy are non-serviceable.
