No octet-stream is *not* a graphics format!

application:octet-stream is the generic way for http servers to identify 
otherwise unidentified binary files.

This means you want to save it to disk and then figure out what to do 
with it, as it's not a human readable format, and will not display in 
the browser.

Most often these are .exe files,  .bin or.sit files on poorly configured 
servers, etc. Your browser can be told what to do with them based on the 
file extension, or as I said, you can download 'em and deal with them there.
