What system do you have currently installed on the computer? If you
are at 8.1, you need to install 8.5 before you can upgrade to 8.6;
you'll need 9.0.4 before you can go to 9.1. I tried upgrading a clone
once from the free downloads at Apple, 8.5 to 9.1, and the software
wouldn't allow it.
