Hi,

 you have recently installed OS 9.1, right?

The scheduled indexing is for Sherlock 2.
It will do it every day the same time, you can also disable it in the Sherlock 
preferences.
You could have problems in the beginning, the indexing never ends, when Sherlock gets 
once through it will need only a few minutes.
