What constitutes HTML with Eudora 5.2?

I just upgraded to 5.2.1 (first time I upgraded Eudora with zero 
problems!) and have found that in sponsored mode the ad stays where I 
put it (off to one side of the monitor)... with 5.1.1 the ad would 
reappear within the Eudora window area every time i opened the 
program... which is why I stuck with Light mode.

OK, now I see settings in a toolbar for font type, size, color and 
bold/underline/italic as well as justification etc. Which of these 
are regarded as HTML (which most lists will reject)?
