Need something explained to me...

I am soon to be getting a cable modem and was needing to feed it to three
computers. A PC & Mac in my office area and a PC in my daughters room about
50ft away. Was hoping to run a wireless connection to her room and Cat5 to
my computers since they will be right at the cable modem.

So what would I need to split the modems feed into 3 or more connection
ports with the ability to have Cat5 & wireless connections?
