I just tried to install OS 8.5 on a 6100/60. After restarting with the
CD ROM, I started initializing the HD. Half way through, it locked up.
After restarting, there was no HD on the desktop or in DriveSetup.
I removed the HD and tried another one. Same thing happened. What
happened to my HD? Can you install OS 8.5 on a 6100?
