Second question :Which is better - The MacAlly firewire/usb combo or the
Orange Micro combo? (I'm thinking of the 2firewire/2usb combo.)
   MacAlly 2 Port FireWire + 2 Port USB 2.0/1.1 Combo PCI Card. Compatible
with OS 8.6-9.x, OS X. (MACFH2UF24) - $69.99;

   Orange Micro 2-Port FireWire/2-Port USB PCI Combo Card. New w/1yr Orange
Micro Warranty. (ORM70HTL00060) $45.
I'm also thinking of a video card. OWC sells the one I want :
  ATI Technologies RADEON 7000 MacEdition PCI Graphics Card. New, 3yr ATI
Warranty. (ATI100430237) $119.95. Is this too expensive? I was thinking of
buying a G4 until Steve Jobs spoiled my plans with the announcement of the
G5. Now I will hang on to this powermac 9600 a little longer and instead buy
a G4 powerbook possible the 12".
TIA.
Peter.
