SOP for OWC is to issue their confirming e-mail late ... usually very late ... in the order cycle, thereby resulting in you receiving order confirmation on the day prior to your package arrival, or the same day as your package arrives. This gives the appearance of FedEx's "cheapest way" shipment being instantaneous, but it is actually due to OWC's confirmation being sent late. Otherwise, I have had no problems with OWC, and after purchasing many gigs of memory, I have had only one bad stick.
