If it's from a PC then first of all you would probably need to flash the rom
on it just to make your Mac recognize it.  Secondly you'll need drivers in
order to make it work properly.  Never heard of Flyvideo and the only
flashing programs I've come across were for 3dfx cards and ATI cards.  Do a
google on it see if you can find a flasher for it.  Good luck.
