Is it possible to install a 7500 motherboard into a 7200 case ?

Yes, but on early 7200 cases, you may have to drill out the rear to provide
access for the video feature.

Late 7200 cases had this piece removable.

Also is it possible to use the same ram for the 7500 as was used for the 7200
notherboard ?

7200 RAM and VRAM will work in a 7500/7600/7300, and the related 8xxx
machines. The RAM will also work in the related 9xxx machines (the 9xxx machines use
a PCI video card, and have no on-mobo video).
