The biggest stumbling block would be the bus speed. A 166 is 41.5Mhz. and a 200 is 45Mhz.
If it is what you want, then the price of the upgrade is worth it. If it goes over the budget for another, faster, machine then think about the tradeoff.

Is it? - since I owned one and used gauge which says that the bus speed is 44 with 132 mhz 48 with 166 and 50 with a cpu upgrade of 350 mhz (sonnett)
