Hi,
I have a question (showing my ignorance) I have read on numerous occasions how people have "zapped" their pram. I recently downloaded tech tools and see that this program gives you the ability to "zap" your pram. What does this do, and why would you do it? Do you have to have some kind of a pram image to reinstall?
