Hey all
I was given a powermac 4400, due to the power supply not working. I know that the PS is very similar to a standard (ATX) PC PS... Where can I find pin outs for the 4400's PS?
There is a known issue with these machines where if the battery dies the computer will not restart. Try swapping out the battery for a new one (Rayovac 840/844 or equivalent), press the CUDA switch, and see if the computer boots.

You have to recognize that every out-front maneuver you make is going to be
lonely. But if you feel entirely comfortable, then you are not far enough
ahead to do any good. That warm sense of everything going well is usually the
body temperature at the center of the herd. --John Masters
