Valid IDs for a SCSI-II bus (maximum configuration), are 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 
5, 6, 8, 9, A, B, C, D and E.

B'x111' is always the HBA, so B'0111', 7, and B'1111', F, are reserved 
for this purpose.
