Hmmm...

I just checked my Daystar PCI clone and I expected the 512k on-board cache to be OFF since thee is 1.0 Meg cache on the Sonnet G4 800 card in it, but the Profiler tells me that it sees 512k of L2 cache and 1.0 Meg of L3 cache.

On the 9600 with the NewerTech G3 the Profiler tells me that I have 512k of L2 cache AND 1.0 Megs of L2 cache.

Turning the cache OFF in the MAXPower control panel does not seem to do anything. Are there any other applications that are supposed to be able to do this ?

Both machines are very fast...
