Hi everyone,
I am looking for help from the group for a friend, as I do not use Mozilla or
Netscape (I use Safari and Mail). She recently upgraded her B&W G3 tower to OS
10.3.4 and in the process, also upgraded to Netscape 7.1. I don't know what
her reasons were for wanting to use Netscape 7.1; I suppose it's just a matter
of preference. She was previously using Mozilla 1.7 for browsing and email.
She wants to transfer her old email, address book, bookmarks, etc. from Mozilla
to Netscape. Is there an easy way to do this? I am assuming that it would
involve somehow pointing Netscape to the local Mozilla mail folder, but I don't
know if it's that simple. Netscape does have an import feature, but it only
asks if you have Netscape 4.X or Eudora.

Under OSX it ought to just find it.

However, ask her if she realized that she just *downgraded* her browser....Netscape 7.1 is based on Mozilla 1.3 or 1.4. 1.7 is a much newer version, this is probably why it just didn't find the settings.
