Netscape/Mozilla runs faster and far more reliably with LOTS of memory. With 128 meg sticks going for around $25 there's no reason not to stuff your PCI Mac with more than enough to lavish on RAM hungry programs. Trust me, the user experience is far better in a system with 256, 512 or more RAM.
It can't compensate for a slow processor, but it'll help.
